I have a big toddler, wearing size 4-5T, 33lbs, a big head and the belt and upper arm band was way to big. The white arm band I was able to fit on myself. Other than that the outfit was adorable and she still wears it to dress up in. She wore it quite a bit before Halloween and it’s still in one piece. Oh, the headband was very big too.
