I have not used the refurbished site before so ordering the EliteBook was really a hopeful purchase. I shouldn't have worried about it though. It arrived within 24 hours, plain box as expected. The internal packaging was really good, an inflated sleeve which was perfect for transport. I inspected the Laptop really carefully and I couldn't find a single mark on it, it started up really fast and the screen was blemish free. Quick startup and initial setup took a little while but once done it worked perfectly. Installed the stuff I wanted on there and is running brilliantly. I will definitely go back to the refurbished site again if I need to buy any more tech.No manuals or CD with it but I didn't really expect them to be there. All in all a hugely positive experience.

We got this laptop in order for my teen to play games however it was unable to play certain games such as fortnight, it is however a fantastic computer for school work and for the money it is fantastic value. Would recommend

I initially received the laptop in what appeared to be great condition — no visible scratches and looked almost new. However, I soon discovered this was due to a laptop skin covering any signs of wear.After only a short period of use, I began experiencing issues with the display, which started glitching, and at times, the screen would randomly turn off. Unfortunately, these problems worsened, and the laptop eventually stopped powering on altogether. It's now been dead for 6 months.I had considered returning it, but after upgrading the RAM myself, I was unable to claim any warranty. Now the laptop sits unused in storage, and I'm left feeling frustrated with the overall experience.This has made me very hesitant to purchase refurbished products from Amazon again. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of durability.

I use an hp laptop in work so I thought it would be a good idea to get the same model for home. Was a bit nervous buying what it essentially a 2nd hand laptop , but I am really happy with my purchase. The laptop works perfectly and is in excellent condition, the only sign that it is not new is a tiny bit of scratching around one of the usb ports. I compared the it to the one I use in work which looks like it has spent a month in a cement mixer. Really great purchase , very happy .

It always feels a bit of a risk buying refurbs as I have had software and hardware issues with desktop devices I have bought in the past.But I am really pleased with this laptop. Good spec. Plenty of power. Not excessively worn.Couple of odities. The item arrived with a grey sticker covering the lid of the laptop. It was a good colour and size match for the device but was peeling up at the corner and would not last so i pulled it off. There were a couple of scuff marks on the original lid casing but it certainly does not look bad.In my view it looked a lot better without the sticker.The keys have been lasered or something to ensure they are UK layout complaint.This sounds dodgy but really isnt. It is very hard to even tell it has been done.Keys look like they will wear well without any icons peeling off. I guess the laptop came in from another country but it types perfectly and is fully uk compliant.Battery life is also very good.Back lit keys work well.Screen is blemish free.Software is as it should be.Everything runs smoothly.I therefore do recommend buying this item.You get a powerful device that does not look dated or overly worn.Had I bought this spec device new it would have cost twice as much.Hopefully I will get a few years out of it before it gets too old.

The laptop is generally speaking, in a well condition. When I got the product, the charger didn't fit in the little hole, so I phoned to the service customer, and they sent me the right charger for my laptop.I love that it has a long battery life.

Laptops can be so expensive to buy new. I wanted a used one, primarily for its low cost but also because there is a lot of electronic waste going into landfill.I paid £179 for this 4 year old laptop. It had a small dent in the front of the casing, a few scratches here and there and it came preloaded with Win 10.The dent doesn't worry me, and the only issue was that it came with an underpowered PSU which had a tendency to get hot. I contacted the seller and within a few days I had the larger 90watt charger which doesn't overheat.The laptop works perfectly for me. It's not compatible with Win11, but I really don't care. Win10 is all I need.An older laptop with a new lease of life, it's definitely the way to go when buying tech.
