This is my 6th pregnancy in 12 years and the first one I've ever used a support belt. It definitely helps A LOT with my pelvic, hip and back pain. On the days when I don't wear it I do notice my mobility is decreased due to discomfort. The reason I did not give it a 5 rating is because it has soooo many pieces (I don't use the elastic strap that goes over my belly) and can be a bit itchy in one spot on the back. Other than that, if you are looking for sweet relief from pregnancy aches, you can't beat this for the price. Also, just an FYI as far as fit goes, I have the medium and am a size 4-6 pre pregnancy - 5'5" and 130lbs.
