I usually wear a 7 1/2 but had to order an 8. The 7 would have been too small - the 8 was too big - so I would say they probably fit as expected. The picture is from shoes I've had for two years.Because they have no support, I would not recommend them for daily/ favorite shoe use.I only wear them in a clean environment. The bottom isn't a traditional plastic, it's almost a fabric? (See picture). This is good because they have good grip; but I'd imagine not that easy to clean if needed.
