We are super excited to smoke some meat all summer long and try out being able to grill on it as well.ISSUES:Missing one washerDent on main chamber opening edgeDent on lid to chamberAs you can see from the images. Being it was packaged well and saw no damage to the packaging, I'm assuming the damage was done at the warehouse. We are pretty disappointed since this damage will probably affect the cooking process since the gap created by the damage will not only cause more smoke to escape but allow air into the chamber, possibly affecting the temperature. The washer being missing is no big deal as we can probably find another lying around the house. But much rather it be black and the same as material and paint type as the others.If Z Grills could suggest how to fix the dent on the edge of the opening of the main chamber, I would attempt. As for the lid, a replacement for that would be greatly appreciated!Thank you and look forward to updating this review in the near future with positive information!UPDATE: We have not heard anything from Z Grill about the issues. I do need to say I found the washer, it fell out and I happened to find it. We are not very happy about the dents. We have cooked on it and so far so good! The ribs were delicious. Tonight we are smoking a pork butt on the smoker setting, for nearly 12 hours. We hope this grill lasts us a long time and continues to work. Good luck if you purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So easy to use it's like an outdoor easy bake oven *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2020* Easy to use & the temps are stable. I've been using a Komodo grill for the past 5+ years and after a lot of research I decided to add this pellet smoker into the mix. The pellet smoker is definitely easier, quicker to get to temperature and doesn't require me to monitor the temperature as the grill is heating up. I do notice that I get a much stronger smoky flavor when cooking with my Komodo grill versus the pellet smoker. Mesquite is a strong flavored wood and I found that using mesquite pellets allows me to achieve the flavor that I'm looking for. Clean up is easy. I cover my drip pan with aluminum foil and vacuum out the firebox every two to three uses. I've been very happy with the cooking space and stability of the temperature for long cooks. So far I have grilled and smoked reverse seared tomahawk steaks, several pork butts, burgers, turkey legs, chicken wings, smoked queso, brisket, oxtails and lots of ribs. It is such an easy smoker to use and I really enjoy cooking with it.I should also mention that I found a lot of reviews with people receiving their z grill damaged and using mallets to bang out the dings.
