She liked them so much that I purchased a pair for her. That is when the nightmare began. No fault of the manufacturer. Evidently (after calling Bungy Pole) that Amazon repackages their product and they have been asked to be careful to include all items when repackaging. After the 3rd return to Amazon I called the manufacturer and they corrected all of Amazon’s errors.
