2mm is sooo tiny. its difficult to get them into and through a normal needle size. However I had a small one and it worked but jeez it was hard. the beads arrived perfectly intact and there are lots of color varieties in the tray. I particularly like the tiny scissors that come in the package nice, tiny and sharp. I would shop here again but maybe bigger beads. Also the package arrived super quickly.

UPDATE: The are indeed glass as I had to break one and it shattered and made a nice mess lol. The project I was working on actually benefitted from some of the irregularities, but these are definitely not all the same size and shape. Still recommend.These beads are good for the price. They definitely seem like glass rather than plastic. I got a good mix of colors. As other reviews have mentioned, some of the beads are irregular but I didn’t have many that didn’t have a hole. Definitely will work for a small project. With the quality vs price, I’d say it’s definitely worth it

loved all the fun colors and making bracelets BUT some of the beds didn’t have holes and the holes were really tiny so you can’t just use any string. the string they provided was IMPOSSIBLE to tie. i ended up having to melt it to get it to stay.

Not the same size, around 8% don't have hole. If you keep them on all the time they will loose colour. Good for kids. Invest more if you want to make serious jewelry.

y’all these beads are so tiny i didn’t expect them to be so small and i have to string them with tweezers but other than that there is a nice variety of colors and it game with little rings and clasps and scissors and string so it was really worth the money. makes really nice waist beads and bracelets even tho it takes a long time to make them bc of how small

love these beads! i purposely chose this size bc i wanted them small, but warning they are very very small. the string fits right in and the color isn’t painted on so it won’t chip or fade. the beads aren’t all the same exact shape/size but i like that, it kinda adds character/uniqueness. everything is great quality, even the little scissors work great. 100% would recommend

You get what you pay for - great beginner kit, however, if you trying to make daisy rings or bracelets the 0.8mm cord that comes with the package is too thick. Also, not all beads are the same size and some don’t have holes or have paint marks.

After using these beads and wearing the braclets I made with them for only a week, there is significant fading of the colors on the beads. The beads appear to be white and painted instead of actual beads made from different colors. Therefore, the colors rub off and you are left with plain white beads.

If you're looking for something high quality then get something else. It's good for beginners in whatever craft you're doing with these. The beads are not going to be consistent in size and shape and the paint on the beads rubs off (in my opinion too easily - see photos)I gave 4 stars because they're fine for the price point but not because they're good.

I bought these to have more of a variation of brightly coloured beads for my jewelry projects. I was happy to see that they are in fact very bright, not dull or faded at all. They don't catch on the string and I can actually loop them through multiple times no problem, the cord they come with is very stretchy as promised and the clasps are easy to open (they don't catch and get stuck like most). There are different sizes to the beads like others have mentioned but they are still usable. The main thing I did notice is that some of the colours are different than the ones advertised or just not there at all. In mine I have a red and a yellow colour that isn't shown in the advertising pictures instead of the light purple that I was excited for (looking to replace mine as i'm running out). The dark purple I have is not metalic like in the pictures and some of my pinks and blues are different as well. Overall the beads are very nice and work exactly as expected but be careful as the colours are not all the same. The quality is certainly disappointed. The colours of the beads are a bit off and there are defects. The beads have different shapes and sizes. Some stick together and some don't even have a hole. It is not easy to use for beading craft. I bought beads from another store before. It definitely has much better quality.
