I found that a C was too big and a bit loose to adequately stay in place throughout the evening. The B fit me perfect and I was able to have them almost all the way to my butt. I hope that helps you. **Q: What if it does slip down? what am i doing wrong? i went based off my weight and got size d so i don’t think that’s the issue. no roll, just slip down** A: I’d try to go one size down. I think they are slipping down because the band isn’t snug enough to grip. Usually they roll when they are too tight in my experience. Or you could try to use a garter belt if possible. **Q: Does C actually fit 28" thighs?** A: Yes they are very true to size! I’ve never loved a thigh high so much before!
