Basically useless now & I cannot reach the seller.Very impressed with this camera, arrived on time. Monitor has amazing picture quality. Bad advertising to - contact us were here to help-where. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Aukfa who? *by B***E on October 27, 2020* I purchased this camera to find an obstruction in my 4 inch drain pipe. The system is a good value for the money. BUT don't break anything as customer support is non-existent. There is no contact information in the instruction manual, which can barely be termed an instruction manual. Searching on-line, I could not find any information about the company. The camera which affixes to the end of the cable had to be replaced, after chatting with an Amazon customer rep, who had no other contact information or spare part information, we finally found a camera from another vendor which should work.It's a good system. But its 500 bucks and I want to be able to find parts for what I hope is a long term use of the the tool.
