Although the packaging was not great. The bag my seat covers were in was damaged upon arriving and had some moisture in the bag. Outside bag that package was in was great although hard to get into. So, be prepared to get your scissors out. However, once taking my car seat cover kit out of bag, materials weren't damaged and did not have odor. Materials were pretty clean. At first it was very confusing as to how to install product. I had to look up similar products on Amazon to refer to video as guide on how to properly install product. That was one of the downfalls to these seat covers. I would recommend sellers create a step by step video to help customers know what they're doing when installing this product.
