These noodles come packed in liquid that smells a bit fishy, but one drained and cleaned they are fine and useful for adding bulk to stir fries and soups. I use them for both. I liked these noodles as they are quite thick. They also provide plenty of fibre. Brilliant for people who want to have noodle dishes but have to keep the carbohydrates down.

Don't leave many reviews but these are great. Keep in cupboard and good use by dates. Quick to prepare and you can mix with so many sauces or spices, even made my own Keto version of a curry pot noodle. Delivered next day and a great price.
