I’m aware it is recommended for a variety of conditions so thought it worth trying. Never used this supplement previously and I have tried many as well as throwing out most. After 3 days I am pleasantly surprised. The first day I noticed a minor stomach ache so reduced dosage to 2 teaspoons. I will move back to recommended dose if I feel the need. As for how it’s working I can’t explain the why of it but I can say with certainty I feel better. Body feels better, seem more alert. I doubt it’s imaginary so I can’t think of another reason to explain it. As for taste I expect that’s down to individual taste, but I find it pleasant enough. Sweet but not overly so. Due to the Epstein-Barr virus resurging again in my body, I have decided to go back on the olive leaf for good. However, this taste is undescrible!! I took one measuring tablespoon and it was one of the most awful tasting liquids I have ever had to swallow . It certainly is not sweet and does not taste like mint as a few have said. I take liquid vitamins plus liquid C, but this olive leaf liquid is not for me. I will take the capsules which are very easy to swallow. This medicine is vile tasting.
