A sizing chart on the product page would've been wonderful, I'm 6'0" 230 lbs, and was barely able to get my shoulders into this suit. If you're 5'11" or taller you should probably go 2XL. Getting out of it was even trickier, I had to squat to get my arms out of it. (Of course I was alone when I tried it on, how weird would I have to be to wear my rubber poison suit while anyone else was here? But an extra pair of hands would've helped.) And therein lies the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, another inch of height would've made XL totally unworkable, makers/sellers of such things need to quantify their sizing. Personally I don't think of myself as "2XL", shirts that size fit me like a tent, so I never order 2XL unless indicated by detailed sizing. Some height and weight guidelines would go a long way here. I am the one who knocks. *by S***. on November 21, 2013* It was definitely an awesome suit for the price. It was really well made, but I ripped it, but not at the fault of the suit. I'm a large guy, 5'10 255. I have really broad shoulders and thick thighs so it was pretty snug. Let me warn you though, it is exactly what it is, a huge plastic suit. You well instantly be in a sauna within minutes.
