A: Thank you for your inquiry.  This futon is standard Japanese Twin-Long size 63x83in.  If you are 6f (72in), it may not well enough, but you still have some space.  Actually we do not have longer size futon mattress than 83in.  EMOOR JAPAN

**Q: Is it mandatory to keep futon mattress under the sun every week or should it be dried out in indoors daily Inorder to prevent from damp and moldy?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry.
We recommend using covers and washing the cover only regularly.
When you care for the mattress, please try to dry Futons under the sun on sunny days or in a well-ventilated room regularly to keep your bed dry and clean.
There is no need to dry out indoors daily but if the futon mattress is left unattended, it may become moldy, so please dry your futon regularly.
Please try once a week in summer and humid weather, and once every two to three weeks in winter.

It was made well. Didn’t work for me in the pain relief area. Sleeping on it was hard for me some days I would wake up with shoulder pain from sleeping sideways.
