Review: I'm buying more. - Pros: 1. The cover seals over the container, ensuring that no moisture gets into the pan and ruining whatever you are cooking. This is important if you want to get whatever you are cooking to come out right. 2. The handle is super helpful especially if you use it in a pressure cooker. 3. Superior craftsmanship. Solid build and polish. 4. Easy to clean. I used a scotch Brite sponge in taking the flan stuck on the sides and it looks good as new. 5. Did not warp when I melted sugar in it. Contained heat well and syrup came out perfect! 6. Perfect even as a lunch box. Cons: 1. I wish it was more affordable. 2. The latch and locks need a little getting used to in maneuvering to close or open it. It's not flimsy but the tension doesn't seem perfect when latching and locking. Absolutely great! I have been making Filipino flan for years in smaller oval aluminum molds that have started to break down. I decided to get this to make bigger ones and hoping for easy cleaning and better quality. Making the sugar syrup and melting it directly over the burner came out perfectly. I didn't burn the sugar. I cooked the flan using my ninja foodi pressure cooker for 16 minutes. I am so pleased with the outcome! The most perfect flan I have made and even the texture and taste is fantastic! I'll buy more.

**Q: Does anyone else have black spots in the flan/cake pan?**
A: Yes, this product could be a health hazard, not true stainless steel. I sent the ones I purchased back for a refund after the first use. All the weld joints developed a black oxidized rust/mold like material.

**Q: Will this work 8n a ninja pressure cooker**
A: Yes, it would work in 6-quart and above Ninja Pressure Cookers.

**Q: Is it Airtight**
A: No

**Q: Will it work in my crockpot pressure cooker?**
A: I use it in my instant pot pressure cooker to make flan.  You have a crock slow cooker or pressure cooker?  I think it could work, may have to look for a slow cooker flan recipe.
