I was skeptical at first because we have tried the pouches you can buy in the store but my kids usually only eat half of them before they end up throwing them away.I ultimately chose this pouch because it's been tested in the USA for BPA and other toxins. I'm not so sure if the the pre-filled pouches from the store are BPA free; plus they're loaded with sugar that my kids definitely don't need. I wanted to get something I could refill and add my own home made goodies to. My kids eat home made applesauce sauces and purees from these pouches and they love them! I can't fill them up quick enough. :)The pouches are great for on-the-go snacks. I pre-fill the pouches at home, tuck them into my purse (or a small cooler if they need to be kept cool while in the car) and head out. My kids always play the "I'm Hungry" card so it's been pretty awesome to hand them these pouches. Today we had greek yogurt and pretty much none was left by the time we got back home.I forgot to mention this in the video but the pouches are very easy to clean. When the kids finished, I just took off the cap, opened up the zipper and ran some hot water with a small amount of soap through to remove any leftover. The package also says that they're dishwasher safe but I haven't tried them in the dishwasher yet.I like that they have a see-through side so you can see the food inside the pouch but one thing that I'd like to see is some sort of fun colors or patterns but really at the end of the day my kids are happy to eat out of these pouches. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love that they can be washed and re-used *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2015* My son is crazy for those premade applesauce packs you get in stores but they are expensive and wasteful. When I saw these advertised I was excited so I rushed and purchased them. Upon opening the box I was a little worried. They are quite a bit larger than the premade packages and I was concerned he would not use them. However, after washing, I filled one up with some organic applesauce and handed it to him. He LOVES these. I love that they can be washed and re-used. I love that they are dishwasher safe, and I absolutely love knowing exactly what I am putting in my little pouch. No more worries about getting spoiled packs from the store (yes, I've had it happen).My only downside, and it's really not enough to give it a star down, because of the shape of the pack, they don't get to eat it all so you have to catch them and push the applesauce up to the top of the pack for them to be able to eat it. It's not a big thing, but I don't see any way around it honestly.We primarily use it for applesauce but we have used other fruits in this with excellent success, and yogurt! Overall, I highly recommend.12/24/15:I still use my pouches often and they hold up very well to daily use and hand washing. They also hold up well to fluctuating temperatures from the freezer to the fridge. I hand wash my pouches with hot soapy water and a bit of bleach. I also use a straw cleaning set to clean out the spout. I don't have any issues with mold growing on my pouches.
