Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Children's Multipurpose Snack Activity Tray, Multicolor, 5"

This tray is terrific! I bought it for my husband who is recovering from surgery. Granted it's a little small for an adult, but we needed a small tray to fit inside the chair and fit his lap. This is a tight fit, but it works for us and we are not scrawny people. It's beautifully made and I highly recommend it. All the adult trays were too large to fit inside the chair. I even like the cartoon theme. I had originally been looking at the kids' beanbag lap desks but the reviews on those are mostly bad and everyone says they are cheaply made. I recommend this one.

We bought this initially for our cross-country roadtrip with our 18MO and 7YO. Worked great. Both kids used it to eat snacks / meals, and the youngest loved using it to play with animal magnets.Post roadtrip, we use it for movie nights, for the oldest to eat pizza on the sofa while we watch a movie.We are planning to buy another for this year's roadtrip, so that each kid can have their own. And we'll bring magnatiles this year, for something new that can be used with them!

We needed some sturdy trays for camping and these fit the bill. I couldn't find any plain Jane trays like this so we went with the cheapest kid design we could find. I don't care if the turtles are not the latest rage in the kid world, at $8 I don't need to pay $32 more for the same tray with the latest graphics. Even though they are sold for kids, the size is fine for adults and they are pretty sturdy.

I know these are for use on the floor or couch, but I was hoping to use them for our road trip to Gulf Shores in the car instead of buying a real lap tray for the car. They didn't work like I thought they would, but that's my fault. The legs wouldn't quite fit with the car seats. Oh well, lesson learned. But - that's my fault not the trays or the manufacturer/seller. These are perfect for their true intended purpose and my kids love them because they get their favorite characters! They fold up for easy storage and lock in place when you do use them. They have used them for dinner in the living room nights, coloring, and crafting with no complaints.

I got this for my 5yo that loves watching teenage mutant ninja turtles, so needless to say it was a hit with him.It is made out of metal and it has foldable legs and fits nicely in his lap.When unfolded its raised about 5 1/4 ".Its a bit slippery surface so it's a good thing that edges are raised (slightly over half an inch) to prevent things sliding off. I am not sure how durable and how long will it last but I will update my review once I get a chance to test it out further.

I have a 2 year who loves to “do it myself” when it comes to eating however the distance from the plate/bowl to his mouth is far enough to where most of the food makes it on the table/floor than in his mouth. This tray is perfect it raises it up, if he does still spill food off of his spoon/fork it lands on his tray. My grandma bought similar TV trays when I was a little kid, however back then they were a little longer and you could find them in stores. Some people mentioned that it bends easily or came bent/broken. That may not have been the way it was shipped it was probably damaged during shipping. I haven’t come across a seller that wouldn’t replace products right away for issues like that. As far as how durable it is, well no don’t let your toddlers lean or stand on it, it will definitely break its meant to hold cups, plates, and bowls not 10+ lbs. for the price this is a perfect tray that helps with the complications we were coming across with our “do it myself” toddler.

When my son is in a booster seat (Clek olli) the legs of the tray dont quite reach down far enough so the tray sort of sits on his lap. But the quality is awesome, my son can still use it on his lap too and he is super happy. Because of deeping-in in the center of tray, food does not slide off on sharp turns. Before this we used one of those trays that snap on a passenger seat and hangs down in front of a child, but this tray is much better and you can quickly fold it and store away without major projects of detaching it from anything.

The tray is of great quality and the colors/printing is great. However, the rim around the tray makes it difficult to use it for coloring or anything regarding a normal sized paper. For anything other than that it would be great.
