Just buy the book. EVERY WOMAN NEEDS THIS BOOK. You need to remember who the frack you are! We need reminders because our insecurities and fears latch on to the distractions and echoes of the bitter mouths and plant doubt in us. Make us question our core beliefs of ourselves. Nah, fig that. Remember who you are. It's crucial. Never let anyone tell you different and if they do, don't entertain it. It's a reflection of you, not them. Hence, when a female rips me apart, I know she's talking to herself at me not me. So I observe and find compassion and immediately forgive. We don't see it because we live in an artificial world that the enemy has planted lies and seeds of distraction. Generations of broken bitter women who carry on the brokenness cannot teach us of the beauty and love for they themselves do not have it nor the ability to see or comprehend it. It's like blind leading the blind but in this case, bitter leading the bitter to their destruction. I love poetry so someone may have passed it on to me. I have had it a while. I finally got to it on the beach the other day. I had no expectations really, I just felt like reading poetry on the beach.I was totally amazed by what this book brought out in me. I am no spring chicken and this isn't my first rodeo, as they say! I felt like a young girl once again. This book transformed me. It made me appreciate my young innocent girl charm. It made me realize what brought me to this age of wisdom and comfort in my own skin. I have just lived my life doing what you have to do as a woman. Trying to keep my sanity through it all. No real time to think, just keep moving forward and don't look back!Having read, Healing Her, I realized it was the very best thing I could do for myself at this point in my life. Let's just say I'm heading towards the end of it. Hard to believe that a little book like this could make me realize how truly great my life has been. It’s a true art form, not written with a particular audience in mind but from the poet’s honest experience, engagingly expressed. That said, this book resonated in my soul and expanded it in the process. While poems by their very nature are trans logical and posses the power to elevate Or deepen awareness in a holistic manner, these poems are particularly enlightening and resonate as profoundly true.
