A: All pictures show the correct size of the flask. Please see the attached video to avoid any further doubt.

A: The handle is made of good quality polyurethane (PU) leather

**Q: First use, soup was lukewarm at lunchtime - what might I have done wrong?**
A: Put boiling water in the flask 1st. Let it sit 10 mins, while you are heating your food. Pour it out then soup in. Will keep it hot. 👍🏻
