I have been following a low carb diet for 3 weeks and my blood sugar has been in check with no spikes. I got these yesterday and snacked on some and my fasting blood sugar was over 200 this morning. I pretty much ran high all day. I know there are a lot of things that can factor into blood sugar readings. This was the only identifiable change so I am concerned it might have an effect on my blood sugar. The taste is good. The package on line looks like smooth shiny chocolate coated Almonds. They came with powder dusted coco and the taste is horrible. I had to check the expiration date just to make sure they’re not old.
