The eating part is shiny and the handles are satin so they look GREAT! But what I like best is how comfortable they are to use. Just the right size and diameter to hold. The quality is great so they are really worth the price! Review: Mikasa Satin Loft. They are truly a wonder! - Beautiful! Each piece is identical to the one next to it. Lightly brushed handles. The grip is better than most. They are heavy. You could dig in the garden and it would be hard to bend these. They are a lifetime investment you won't be sorry for. This is a hand me down. Your grandmothers set. And her mothers set. I see no reason they won't last 500 years. Best decision I ever made. Mikasa Satin loft comes with several huge spoons for cooking or serving. Both the drain type and plain dish em out type. Butter knife included and Meat fork as well. The artistry is in the simplicity of design. Great addition to any table they will sit well with any dishes placed next to. This is one of the easiest 5 stars I've ever given. ## Features - 65-PIECE SILVERWARE SET FOR 12: Complete table service includes 12 each of dinner forks, salad forks, dinner knives, dinner spoons, and teaspoons - plus 5 serving utensils: serving spoon, slotted spoon, serving fork, butter knife, and sugar spoon - Distinctly modern, this Cocoa Blossom 65-Piece Flatware Set by Mikasa adds an intriguing sense of movement to your place settings.
