The wax melter itself was not the greatest, but it melted the wax fast. The light on the front to show it’s on, stopped working half through its first use. I am assuming that means the max melter broke, but you never know. Either way, not happy that the light stopped working...I waxed my upper lip (it’s essentially just peach fuzz but I wax for smoother makeup application). I do not typically have sensitive skin, but the wax made my upper lip break out so bad. They weren’t deep or painful but rather surface white heads. Like I said I don’t typically have sensitive skin or even break out between the bottom of my nose & upper lip. I am very disappointed after reading such raving reviews... No soars! I’ve struggled with having my eyebrows done for years and I finally found a wax that is so gently on my “thin” skin! Only problem I had was the bikini area, it left some stubborn hairs! BUT another pass over the same area isn’t a problem because it’s so gentle on the skin! I’ve already ordered more wax beans! The machine is perfect! It’s small, easy to use, and cute!
