Giving 1 star for watch. The 5 star is for customer service. This was bought has a present for my grand-daughter who is extremely unhappy about it. The GPS works intermittently but always says she is 1 - 2 miles away from where she actually is. The battery only lasts about 2 hours which for a kid is no good whatsoever. Although the product was not good, the helpful customer service I received was excellent. They sent a replacement watch which I am waiting to give granddaughter to see what it is like.
