**Q: What material is the case? Wood? Plastic? Thanks,**
A: I was disappointed in the quality of this product! The case was made of heavy cardboard like a shipping box, with a thin molded plastic insert. The corners of the case easily split like a board game box cover. The latching features were good, but the case’s hinged side was connected by only paper. It ripped easily and became unusable as a case. I was able to reinforce the paper hinged side and the case corner with clear duct tape. Just not what I expected for the price!

**Q: Are the markers dry erase?**
A: No the markers are water based. I  got this kit for my granddaughters birthday in July. She's still using it and it's now December.  They've lasted quite a long time for daily use. I think I got my money's worth with this kit. I hope that helps you

My niece went absolutely bonkers over this set! She loved it. She’s 6 years old, so if you have a kid around that age who likes Pokémon and art, they’re going to eat this up (hopefully not literally haha). Like most pokemon branded items, it’s a bit more expensive than a non-branded art set with similar supplies. That said, you get a ton of colors across multiple types of media, so it really doesn’t feel overpriced. The carrying case is thick, sturdy and well made, with smooth hinges and clasps, and everything inside works exactly as it should. Overall, it’s a fun, high-quality set that makes an excellent gift.

Really liked this art set for my 5 & 7 year old. The colors are vibrant and the smells are not too strong which is great since I am very sensitive to strong odor. The case is perfect and it’s become their favorite art essentials they bring during road trips. The artwork is fun and silly - different than what we normally purchase. Overall good purchase. It’s lasted us at least 5 months now so can’t complain!
