And the actual hood is a very generous and loose in size, it’s able to completely cover my large head and then some, whereas other hoods will just cover a part of my head and be a tight fit.Keep in mind it’s thin and it’s meant to be, it’s best when it’s cool, maybe a little warm, and you just need an extra layer to feel comfortable. It’s not meant to keep you protected from the harsh elements. I don't like to keep my heat up very high because the gas bill gets expensive and I would rather just add a layer and keep it kind of cool in the fall, winter, and early spring. So I bought this to keep me warm.Pros1. It does keep you warm assuming there is no wind, rain, snow, or other inclement weather.2. It's very soft and very comfortable. It's thinner than your standard t-shirt but very soft. I would wash this on the most delicate settings.3. It seems well made despite its thinness.4. I got the eco black, it looks nice. Random bits of gray and white make it look a little "broken in".Cons1. It is very thin. For my purposes, it's perfect but if you're looking for something that'll take the bite out of the wind chill, keep looking.I bought an extra large and when it shrunk, it came back down to slightly larger than a Large and that's a perfect fit for me. So if you don't want it super tight, go a size larger and shrink it yourself. Like I said, I wear this indoors and only outdoors if I'm wearing a jacket over it so if that is your use case, this is a great hoodie.**Update 2016**Still wearing this. However, some of my rooms at my university love to blast the AC to freezing. This hoodie works perfectly for those conditions. It doesn't keep me totally warm but is enough to ward off the frost. It is very lightweight so I can easily store it in my backpack after class. It actually came shipped in a package small enough for the mailbox. Typically I wear small size clothes and this small fit just like it should. It is a little slim fit and the arms are a little short however. The hoodie stayed the same size after washing it a couple times.Some things that annoyed me though were how many loose threads it came with, possibly a small sign of poor construction. I had to spend a couple minutes scissoring them all off. Another issue was the way it looks. The sample picture that they show has a eco-black pattern that is evenly horizontal, but the hoodie that I received had an angled pattern that looked sort of odd. It wasn't really a nice looking pattern that I expected. However, for the price I guess I should have expected that.All in all this is a good hoodie for mild weather. Do not buy it if you want something for very cold weather because it will not keep you warm.
