My daughter was SO excited when she received them. She kept saying “I just can’t believe it! These are mine?” She also played nicely with her sister for many hours. (This is rare. They usually fight a lot! But when they play together with these dolls, it is usually very pleasant!)My only complaints are: The hair only goes around the crown on their heads and down the center part. Aside from this, the dolls are bald. This does not seem to bother my daughter, however.Also, a leg on “Elsa” fell off after some play. We have tried to put it back on many times but it will not stay. ### ⭐ El cheapo *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2019* Super cheap dolls, thin walled plastic compared to the ones now sold at Walmart. The clothes literally fell apart after a couple weeks of playing with them. The dolls have held up ok. The best mini Anna and Elsa dolls were the ones once sold at Toys r us, but you can't get them any more, sadly. The Walmart ones have bizarre eyes, not nearly as cute as the Toys r us ones. ### ⭐ Not what expected awful company *by A***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 23, 2019* Olaf was missing. The dolls are the cheap plastic. The hair is only around the hairline and they are completely bald on the rest of their heads.Contacted seller got an email saying something like Amazon suspended their account and they are waiting for it to be reopened. I waited and emailed them again several weeks later and got the same generic email.If Amazon IS suspending their account that says a lot as well as their awful/ lack of customer service and cheap product.Beware.
