It's either on completely or off completely. I wish they had a button to do movement and a separate for noise. Or a on and off button in general! the way to turn it on is attaching the tail. Which, the tail falls off easily. My son will enjoys it but doesn't play with it as much as we had hoped. Partly because we can't stand the sound. ### ⭐⭐ Quality changed from one toy to the next.
