My rifle uses a Remington 700 design for scope bases. These were easy to install, no issues. With that said, some of the negative reviews in here seem to have not know much about their rifle or that they are selecting the wrong product because the product page here on desertcart has multiple types of Remington rifles to choose from. So let me help some of you out. If you don't already know, most Remington 700 rifles use 6-48 size screw. However, there are some models that use the larger 8-40 screw. These come with the 6-48 screws. I know because my rifle uses 6-48 size screws for scope bases. Some of ya'll giving bad review because ya'll didn't do your research not only on the product, but on the specification of your firearm. Some of ya'll complaining that it didn't came with the 8-40 screw. Why would it when the typical Remington 700 rifle uses the 6-48 size. Some of ya'll leave bad review that has nothing to do with the product but more on desertcart's part, or the delivery. For those of you who owns Bergara B14 rifles. CHECK THE SPEC OF YOUR RIFLE and stop assuming then leaving a bad rating when it's a user error. Reading some of ya'll review gave me a headache. As far as the product goes, it is a very durable and quality product. Holds zero and doesn't move around once it is torqued properly, especially with a bit of blue Loctite. I will say that the first package sent to me didn't have any screws as others have mentioned. But that doesn't mean I leave a less than 5 star when it was easily handled by desertcart for a replacement. Was it a bit of a hassle? Sure, but the product itself is great. My only gripe, and this is me being nit picky, is that the rail extends a couple of centimeters towards the barrel. This is not an issue since it doesn't affect it's usability and performance. But just something to keep in mind. All in all, I'm happy with this product. I'm hard on my stuff and this had served me well so far. Absolutely recommended.
