Great price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely causes flushing *by S***9 on September 11, 2018* After some research, I wanted to start using niacin to improve my HDL and LDL levels. I'd read that the flushing can be rough at first so I decided to start at 100mg and build once I'd become accustomed to the flushing. 100mg the first time had my face feeling like it was sunburnt for 30 minutes lol. So, I think it's safe to say this product is solid in that regard. Flushing is minimal after 4th 100mg dose so I'll be moving up incrementally. Research is pretty solid on niacin improving cholesterol numbers but needs to be taken at levels of a gram a day to get significant results.
