Very deep penetrating too. I have very long, thick hair and it's one of the best conditioners I've tried. I shampoo my hair then rinse, apply either in the shower & leave on for 5 minutes or I will get out of shower put the conditioner on my head and leave in for an hour or so then get back in and rinse. It makes my hair super shiny, soft and very well conditioned.
