I am very weird about texture, so for me the texture was the thing I liked the least. It wasn't terrible, it just reminded me of how listerine strips melt and sometimes get stuck against your teeth. Otherwise, they are awesome. I was initially concerned by the little black specks in the flakes. However the company assured me they were just seeds that had been ground down.
