**Q: is it for girls or boys**
A: I'd say this is for girls or boys. Girls are displayed on the packaging, but it's a great activity for either. If you're concerned about gender identification, you can always get masculine rubber band colors :) but really, to say it's a girls toy is just buying into the marketing.

**Q: what are the dimensions of the actual loom itself?**
A: I gave this as a gift to my niece so I cant measure it but I did see it. Seems like it was about 12 inches long and 4 inches wide.

**Q: are directions also in spanish?**
A: No only in English

**Q: Can these snap together? I see little notches on the end of mine and I was wondering if they can before I buy it.**
A: Yes they do snap together
