I had 100 and a 200 carat lot in my order. The 100 carat lot was brilliant with soooo many colors the two hundred carat lot was not of the same quality. When I told them this their answer was, " Costomer satisfaction is our priority." My issues were addressed immediately.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband.I was embarrassed as well as upset when he opened it. It wasn't as described and didn't look anything like the the picture. These rocks were so tiny you could hardly hold them in your hand. I was charged $40. Seller now charges around $12.I asked for a return label so I can send them back. Seller said he didn't want them back he would send send bigger rocks. I again asked for return label he again said he didn't want them and he would refund $20. Then I asked for full refund and a return label. Seller quit communicating.
