**Q: How would i attach this to sn outside wall**
A: I put a big bolt into the wall and slide the centre of the wheel onto that.

**Q: what is the outside of the wheel size, it doesn't look like 30 x 500mm?**
A: The measurements you are quoting are to do with the spokes and width of the wheel. It is 90 cm in diameter, which makes the radius 45cm so circumference is roughly 282cm.
