The Dimensions of the Stuffing Cylinder measures 8.60" In Diameter and 12.625" In Height excluding the Delivery Chamber and this figures out to be 733 Cubic Inches or 12.01 Liters. But when using smaller casings the pressure pushes the meat out the sides of the hopper. I added twice the water to get it to stuff through the tubes and still had it coming out of the hopper.
