The kids cards have an inspirational message on one side, like "I'm proud of you!" and an interesting fact about people in history on the other side. The tween/teen cards have an inspirational message on one side and a quote from famous authors and others in history on the other. My only issue with the tween/teen card is that there are only four inspirational messages - they are repeated on the cards in a rotation, so I'm not sure how many times I teen can receive a card that says "Keep at it!" and the like- I would've liked a different message on each card with no repeats.That being said, the product is affordably priced and well worth it.
