Looks great, fits okay.
Beautiful chef jacket, functional, fitted well everywhere except the shoulders and upper back--which are sized perfectly for everything except LIFTING YOUR DANG ARMS UP AND STRETCHING THEM AROUND. I have about 60% mobility with my arms with this jacket fitted the way it's supposed to, but if i hike it up about two inches around the shoulders, i'm at 100%. I'm a broad-shouldered lad but come on, this is a large and i just barely meet the chest size quota for the Large according to the size calculator for this jacket. If i had bought the medium, i probably wouldn't have even been able to put it on.tl;dr this jacket looks great, size yourself accordingly--then do yourself a big favor and buy the next size up. If you think you're a large, buy an XL.

Nice jacket but sleeves bind.
My son is an executive chef & wanted this jacket for a fresh look. He was disappointed in the cut of the sleeves. It is fine unless he has to lift his arms up & then it binds and makes it difficult to put his arms up straight like if he has toxreach something on an upper shelf. He likes the quality & will keep the 2 he bought but he can only wear for meetings or walking the dining room.

Didn’t fit despite ordering one size up.
I read the reviews, bought a size bigger than needed. I normally fit in a small chef coat, ordered a medium per recommended by the reviews. Chef coat was baggy in the chest/stomache/back area which is fine, but was still super tight and restricting in the shoulder and arm areas. Mind you, this was already a size bigger than my normal size. I had to return it because there’s no way I can work with that much restriction, and I’m definitely not ordering a large just to get arm movement. Will be searching for different brands.Also, the mesh didn’t help much in terms of coolness. It’s almost like the mesh is “for looks” rather than utility.

Comfortable and breathable. Decent quality.
Stretchy breathable side panels are great. Front zip closure is hidden and won’t snag in anything. Snap on back for apron or hanging. Pockets on both arms. Poly blend doesn’t pill (but the mesh sides do). Zip doesn’t allow for low collars. Overall great jacket

Might not be ideal for men or women with broad shoulders
Would not recommend to anyone with broad shoulders. I have narrow shoulders and this fits me perfectly with great arm reach

Worth a try
Nice quality. The mesh vents don't make a huge difference but they help some. Only complaint is the shoulders. When I lift my arms to get something off a shelf the corners stick up and make it look like I'm rocking shoulder pads

The material and style of this coat is great. It is a very comfortable fit and the breathing panels on the sides are great. I’m going to get a lot of use out of this coat.

Nope. Hole lotta nope
The material is like a cross between vinyl and polyester... It's not comfortable, well fitting or breathable AT ALL. Also, as noted in other reviews, when you lift your arms it turns into an 80s style football pad style top. The main draw, the mesh, is actually just cotton. Donty buy this product.
