Musica y Alma y Sexo is Ricky Martin's brand new album and it is the best album of his so far and here is the reason why: every single song has something refreshing in it and more specifically: "Mas" means "more" and is the song which opens the album and if you listen it, surely you're gonna beg for more!! In addition, there are many other great songs in the album such as: Frio which gives you a sense of calmness and power altoghether, or what about Cantame tu vida, Te busco y te alcanzo, Sera sera, no te miento etc ? they are all amazing songs to listen, they give you a sense of calmness, boundless freedom, and strength to be who you wanna be and be proud of yourself. Consequently, I do recommend this album to everyone who is interested in Ricky Martin's music or not. It doesn't really matter if you are a fan of Ricky Martin or not, one thing is for sure: give a chance to Ricky Martin's new album by buying it and you will never regret it!!

Ricky Martin's newest CD is probably his best ever! There's something for everyone here - some danceable songs that make you want to get up and shake it, there's a "feel good" song "The Best Thing About Me Is You" done in both Spanish and English, but where Ricky really shines is his heartfelt ballads. "Basta Ya" and "Tu Y Yo", are sung with such intensity and passion, it brings tears to my eyes. And I don't speak a word of Spanish!! You can feel and hear the emotion in his voice. Ricky is in a very good place in his life and you can tell by the songs in this CD. He co-wrote all the songs, a first for Ricky and he proves himself to be a great songwriter as well as singer. You will love this CD even if you don't speak Spanish. A great job by a superb entertainer!

I had already downloaded the video for "The Best Thing About Me is You" (which is exceptional) so I decided to go for the spanish version of the CD. I really enjoy listening to it in the car.....the strange thing is I'm an R&B/soul boy but seem to like the latin twist on here. Can't understand a word but sing along frantically in a phonetic way! Sad but true!

I am a huge Ricky Martin fan, so I expected to enjoy this CD. But I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the material. There are beautiful ballads, dance tracks and songs with messages that Ricky really wants to convey. The first single (The Best Thing About Me is You) is not my favorite, but it is a nice re-introduction of Ricky to pop fans who haven't followed his recent efforts in Spanish. The other song with a Spanish and English version (Shine) is very catchy and more to my taste, but the real gems are the Spanish songs. Ricky's voice has matured and sounds fantastic. Desmond Child is clearly a master who understands how to present Ricky effectively. Give this CD a chance even if you don't remember much about Ricky. It really rivals his masterpiece, Vuelve. In fact, buy both of them and have a beautiful evening. This CD reminded me of everything that I love about Ricky.

I jjust love this album i felt it was wondeerfully created and produced and it just explores the ebst of Ricky in a variety of worlds. Another brilliant thing about this album is that he's produced sooo many different variations of music as well as his now traditional Enlgish and Spanish and i think Ricky has definetly still got some flame in him! If you've never heard of him or keen to get back into his music then definetly buy this album. Its...well there's soo many words that i could use to describe this album but none best sum it up so what im going to say it is it's Ricky!!

The CD is a decent production from Ricky Martin. I was expecting a little more but he did a good job. He is a great singer and has some definite hits.

This is my fourth Ricky Martin album and "I" think it's his best. I don't understand spanish but I love good music and great voices. His other albums, that I have, have great feature songs mixed with some so so. The best songs here are killer and not solely formula hits. They're GOOD. And no so so songs here. There isn't one I don't think stands on it's own feet. I've been playing it for a few weeks and still loving it!
