They worked with us and gave us a great solution that left us feeling like they really cared about the problem, not just about the review. When we replace the next set of ink cartridges, we'll definitely be working with them again.Original: We received both cartridges, in great shape - the problem is that one of the two wouldn't read. The chip wouldn't recognize, so it the printer just kept saying "bad cartridge". After reading some reviews online of generic cartridges online, figured that it may just be the failure rate of generic re manufactured cartridges has issues - but still, one out of two works just fine, and honestly it can be reloaded with one of the syringe & ink type reloads as well, as the chip constantly reads full so ... still worth the purchase. Just irritating that the second one didn't read, and that I had to work around by reloading the second cartridge with ink. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 1 one worked, the 2nd did not work *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2021* I bought 2 cartridges; the 1st one worked fine, the 2nd work is not working & I keep getting an error message. The one that worked, worked good. But good luck. I've only used 2-3 of each cartridge so my assessment is limited. I am not getting as many copies as I got from the HP cartridges. The color doesn't appear quite as vivid except for the first few pages printed. The price is right.
