**Q: I bought this for my granddaughter and my daughter is trying to set it up and saying app out of date, what do we do**
A: Im sorry i cant help you. I cant even get the watch to switch  on. I hope you get it sorted

**Q: Please can you tell me how i get watch onto gps**
A: You can't, they use LBS which is not as accurate as GPS (mine currently showing the watch is 14 miles from it's actual location).

**Q: What app do you need to download for this watch?**
A: There are various apps that work. I use 'kidcontrol' it's free on play store.

**Q: Is it waterproof and also does it track steps & heart rate?**
A: Nope, it isn't waterproof and they use LBS not GPS so the accuracy is dreadful (mine currently showing the watch is 14 miles from where it is).
