However, it does need washing and drying on an almost daily basis and, there is a noticeable, and very unpleasant smell, from the material as soon as it gets wet. I've had this towel for well over a year now and it doesn't matter how carefully you wash and dry it, the smell it always there as soon as you use it. Don't recommend.
