It really does not tell you how hard to blow into the device. I do not do a big inhale prior that being said, If I blow hard I can get a reading of 2.8, if I just basically exhale I get a reading of 1.0 and up. However blood test using precision show me at .7.I was hoping to find a website to the manufacturer but I could not.Accuracy is questionable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2019* I've started working out about six months ago and haven't been losing much weight. After talking to a few people I changed my diet. I lost weight after greatly reducing how many grams of sugar I put in my body every day. However, I started eating more sugars and my weight loss stopped. I was told my body wasn't in Ketosis long enough. I bought this to help me understand where I am at. I used it for the first time today and it was super easy to use and understand. After the initial purge (as instructed, and only once) the readings have been absolutely repeatable, zero without breath and appropriate breath readings depending on recent food intake. I have a mainstream sphygmomanometer which gets significantly differing readings from one measurement to the next. This instrument doesn't exhibit that symptom; two readings one after the other are identical.
