I was worried that it wouldn't have enough storage space, but I'm surprisingly able to fit quite a bit of stuff in it, including my 16" laptop. The quality is very good and the materials are sturdy. What I dislike about this bag is that the bottom is so narrow that it will not sit upright. Every time I set it down, it falls over. Another thing that I dislike is that the straps are a little too short, making it difficult to lift onto my shoulder.
