Apparently, there is very rare case trouble, so Amazon is investigating to solve. The Customer Service staffs are sincere, therefore I think Amazon is a trustworthy company.Second, the product has 4 different aromas, and I've tried 2 of them before. I like this product because the tablet sizzles then heal your body and mind. The carbonated component is the reason why I always get the product! I highly recommend to take a real bath with the carbonated Japanese famous bath salt. Since I live in the U.S. now, getting Japanese bath salt is not so easy, and based on my memory, I haven't tried the 2 aromas, lavender and, bergamot ginger. I'm sooo excited about that! I'd like everyone to try it.
