UPDATE - 4 MONTHS LATER - As suspected, I could link to the smallest setting! I almost immediately began linking at the smallest setting and without the velcro strap, this would be too large. I really need an XS now, but unfortunately the smallest size is SMALL. I am still wearing it and cinching using the velcro. This trainer has held up well, my only complaint is this needs smaller sizing options for people who aren't very big but still need cinching benefit. I measured everything with a measuring tape before placing my first order. Ofc the measurements listed said I called for the largest size. I order it and it’s super loose on the tightest setting. I ordered one size smaller, still pretty loose. I ordered a 2xl and this one is slightly tight on the very first hook. I wear a L/XL most of the time. I would consider ordering a size up from your correct shirt size, not a tight fitting shirt.
