Otherwise, remove the current insole and replace it with this insole.If you are used to wearing crocs slippers or clogs, this insole provides the same level of comfort and feedback, hence I would consider this value for money.if you are a runner and a heel striker, then slipping these insoles inside your running shoes helps in absorbing some of the impact and in protecting your ankles and knees.
