Review: Follow instructions for the most delicious low carb creamer around - I first learned about Prymal powdered creamer from a social media ad while I was religiously counting calories and eliminating most carbs to try to lose weight and eat healthier. My first purchase wasn't an impulse buy but was considered carefully over time and after reading everything Courtney (the founder) explained about the ingredients. I'm not a big coffee drinker in general and have always been able to take it or leave it, but when I do drink coffee, I always loved high calorie flavored liquid creamers for taste. I was skeptical and hesitant because of Prymal's cost but decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Now I can't live without my Prymal coffee creamer, especially this butter pecan. The taste is amazing! I've tried several flavors already, and there are others I enjoy, but butter pecan is my FAVORITE! If you're even considering this product, it is CRITICAL that you read and follow the instructions, because this isn't your typical powdered creamer, and some negative feedback I've read could possibly be attributed to a first time customer NOT knowing how to properly use it. Prymal doesn't dissolve the same as typical powdered creamers, but you'll get your own flow going in no time for how you make yours, as I have. One serving on the package is 4 teaspoons, but I personally usually prefer 5 or 6 in mine, along with half to one full packet of my preferred stevia sweetener, depending on the size of the specific coffee mug I'm using and how much "sweet" my taste buds are craving that day. Prymal is already lightly sweetened, so try it "as is" the first time and figure out your preference from there. This is how I make mine... Put the Prymal powder and sweetener in the coffee cup. Pour in a couple ounces of coffee, stir, and press out any lumps on the inside of the mug so they dissolve into the hot coffee. You could either froth here or after the next step, and I alternate sometimes and sometimes froth twice. I add about 3 oz. of "white liquid" - half and half, milk, or almond milk - and then nuke it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds based on the temperature of the second liquid added. Depending on your preference, you could forego the dairy/alternative, but I like a little coffee with my cream personally. Use a milk frother to blend it all together really well; I usually do 60-90 seconds. Then pour more coffee on top and stir or hit it with the frother once more, depending on how full the cup is. Out of context Prymal might seem a little pricey, but when you consider how much fancy flavored coffee drinks cost at a coffee shop and how many cups of butter pecan coffee deliciousness you can get out of a bag of Prymal, even if you use more per cup than the serving size calls for, it's well worth the money if you fall in love with the product. I also feel that the health benefits of using Prymal over sugary liquid creamers is worth the extra money for me, and this is one of the few ways I treat myself. Courtney has a recipe for a butter pecan mug cake that is good as well. (See photo; I made mine in a ramekin.) Try Prymal, use it the right way, and enjoy!
Review: Smells wonderful. Tastes terrible. - The first problem was opening the package of creamer. The creamer is very fine, like flour, and packs together, so when I pulled the package open, the creamer at the top of the package spilled all over the kitchen floor. This happened even though I shook the package before-hand from the top to try and get the creamer to settle to the bottom of the package. I then noticed that they put a zip-lock style seal in the package; however, the grooves that make up the zip-lock seal are so narrow they were clogged with creamer. I had to use a small basting brush to clean out the grooves just to get the package to seal. This is a poor package design, but I could overlook this if the creamer was good. At first the smell was fantastic! I thought I'd found a winner. So I brewed a few cups of coffee and eagerly put in a tablespoon full of creamer. I then noticed some of the creamer didn't dissolve completely and made small chunks. Again, something I can overlook if it tastes good. It didn't taste good. It has the bitter after-taste that so many artificial sweeteners have. My first thought was, if her father told her it tasted good, he was just being nice, while he threw the coffee in the nearest planter while she wasn't looking (see the story of the creamer's creator for more info). Then I thought I must have gotten the mixture wrong and added too much creamer. So I threw the first cups out, brewed another few cups of coffee and tried again, carefully measuring out the teaspoons of creamer as directed on the back of the package. Nope, it still tasted terrible. And still had those small chunks that didn't dissolve. It tasted so terrible that I'm not going to use anymore. I'll leave the remainder at work as a freebie to anyone who dares to try it. Very disappointing, especially for the high price. I will not be buying any more.

## Features

- SWEET & SALTY - Tastes like a gooey caramel chew, but with the Prymal makeover. This best-selling flavor has been known to convert even those who claim to dislike caramel candy.
- KETO APPROVED - Keto dieters and diabetics can now turn their coffee into a diet-friendly sweet treat. Our creamer is sugar free and has only 1g of net carbs. We use KetoSweet which is our natural proprietary blend of erythritol, monk fruit, chicory root, and stevia.
- NONDAIRY DELIGHT - It's vegetarian and non-dairy, as we use sodium caseinate as the carrier in our MCT Oil and Coconut Oil powder, which has the lactose removed.
- ENJOY HOT OR COLD - Can be added to both hot coffee or cold brews. Our best tip is to make a batch of DIY liquid creamer to keep in the fridge. Use 1 part creamer to 2 parts hot milk (or alternative milk) to dissolve.
- FREE OF GMO, SOY, GLUTEN - Its top ingredients, Coconut Milk & Coconut Oil, are excellent sources of essential fats like MCTs & Lauric Acid. We ethically source palm & coconuts that support healthy farming ecosystems.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this a dairy-free product?**
A: Hi Ashlyn! The product is not dairy free. The product contains less than 2% of sodium caseinate (a milk derivative) in the mct oil and coconut oil powders. It is free of lactose and is vegetarian but not 100% dairy free. Hope this helps!

**Q: How many servings in this 11.3oz bag?**
A: That depends on how much powder you use per cup, which depends on your preference for taste. For most Prymal creamers, I use about 5-6 teaspoons (and 6 teaspoons = 2 tablespoons, which is the recommended or average amount used, I believe). The 4 teaspoon serving size on the bag is for nutritional purposes, and you may not find that to be enough flavor for you. I get about 20-24 cups of coffee per 11.3oz bag myself, but I don't measure exactly for every cup of coffee I make, and I have three different size coffee cups I use at home. You may enjoy some of the flavors using less powder, in which case you would get more servings per bag. If you fall in love with the flavors, it's well worth the price. I first learned about Prymal through a sponsored Facebook ad over a year and a half ago and did a lot of research and thinking before buying my first bag, but the sound of the butter pecan flavor was really appealing to me. I haven't regretted that first purchase and never go without butter pecan Prymal in my pantry. I hope this helps.

**Q: I recieved the wrong item. I ordered cinnamon dolce but i received peppermint mocha?**
A: Hello! I am so sorry you received the wrong product! Amazon employees accidentally put Peppermint Mocha stickers on our Cinnamon dolce, and vice versa. We have been working hard to get this corrected. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us directly via email so we can correct this for you ASAP. Our email address can be found on our website. I apologize that I cannot attach our email to this comment as Amazon strictly prohibits us from leaving direct contact info in the comments. I hope to hear from you soon

**Q: Will i need to add coffee syrup? Or is the creamer alone sweet enough?**
A: I think it’s a personal preference. I do add unsweetened coconut cream to mine to add more fat and to make it a little lighter. But these are truly the best creamers. I really love them a lot! They are not overly sweet but give it a great flavor no matter how much you put in there! They enhance the coffee tremendously!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have!!!

So delicious! Love all the flavors and it would be hard to pick a favorite. I wish butter pecan was included because I hate to buy a big bag without trying it, but all of the flavors I tried were delicious! I mix the creamer with some heavy cream then pour the coffee over the top and add a little sea salt. So happy to find a creamer that is healthy and does not spike my blood sugar!
