Please note the following! This cast iron kazan is intended for the preparation of roasted and stewed dishes. Before use, clean the kazan with hot water and without detergent. Follow-up treatment must be carried out as follows: 1. Then heat the kazan up to 100°C and cover the inner surface of the kazan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. (Seal). 2. The kazan is ideal for preparing food without vinegar, lemon or lactic acid. 3. Cast iron is generally not suitable for food storage. 4. After using the kazan, please clean with salt, warm water and a steel sponge but without detergent, dry and brush again with a thin layer of vegetable oil. 5. This cast iron kazan must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. 6. If used incorrectly, this kazan may rust. The corrosion (rust) can be easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure, the kazan gets its original shape. Please note: Corrosion (rust) on the cast iron kazan is not a deficiency or defect, but the result of incorrect operation of cast iron.
