I am 5-8 and he's 5-10 and we're both medium to slender build and these small to large size fit great due to the easy stretch. They are cooling as it was quite hot today and it felt hot but if we had on regular long sleeves, even thin ones, it may be pass out worthy and it wasn't. No sun burn either so they work! We get tired of being covered in icky sunblock and though some days, due to outfit needs, it can't be avoided, other days, and likely most days, now we can avoid the gunk and the extra minutes of putting it on as these are far faster. The fit was on when they said OSFO. It is a little strange feeling like it is cutting your arm circulation off. Super stretchy as I pulled mine up all the way to the pit. It keeps my arms from being scratch up since my skin tends to be a little thin due to my age. They are comfortable since they are lightweight and very soft.
