It’s gorgeous when it’s turned on and melts the wax really quickly. However, mine got stuck in the on position. No matter which way I flip the switch, the burner wouldn’t shut off. I had to pull it out of the wall which resulted in my hand and floor being covered in wax. Once it cooled down, I plugged it in in the “off” position and it was still on.
